Description
It is important that students understand the concepts of Evolution, as it is the underlying explanation by which we understand the whole of biology, and also what it means to be a theory in science, and how theories fit into the broader context of scientific research and knowledge. We will share ideas about addressing misconceptions and helping students gain an in depth understanding of Science and Evolution through discussions, reflections, readings, projects and data analysis that keep them interested and engaged.
