Description
In this session we will build on skills covered in the WordPress Intro.(Participation in the WordPress Intro is strongly recommended.) The Workshop will be almost entirely hands–on. You will learn the basics of navigating the WordPress Dashboard, from which most things are done. You will also learn how to: 1) add pages to create new menus or menu items, 2) upload documents and photos for use on your site, 3) create a simple slide show or gallery, 4) insert links, 5) create a blog page, and 6) activate plugins to add other features to your site. Bring text files and photos that you’d like to use on your site, or you can use files that we’ll have for you.
