This presentation will examine how Francis Fukuyama's argument regarding the "end of history" has informed recent American foreign policy objectives. Through an examination of various primary documents, including The National Security Strategy, State of the Union addresses, and newspaper articles, we will attempt to understand the philosophical foundations of our recent military and diplomatic initiatives.
