Abstract
Today, in America and all over the world, the usage of affordable and clean energy is not widespread. As a result, pollutants and greenhouse gas emissions have grown in recent years. Currently, there is a bill that could be a solution to this by providing clean energy at affordable prices. Our proposed solution includes that bill which may be passed in the coming future as well as a smaller scale project that could be used on the IMSA campus. The bill requires the cooperation of the taxpaying citizens as well as other companies in the energy industry, such as oil companies. It will increase the budget for affordable energy, and will allow more people to use it. The smaller scale project for the IMSA campus will set up a plan to start using more clean, or renewable energy, than it already is.
