Steve Crutchfield was appointed the Executive Vice President and Head of U.S. Options at NYSE Euronext in August 2012 to create a “more integrated and efficient operation,” and became CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of NYSE Amex Options LLS, all accomplished before he turned 40. Taking a lead role in engaging members of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Steve provides counsel on regulatory issues facing all exchanges and their constituents in the context of the Dodd-Frank Act. Steve exemplifies significant civic and community contributions with his fundraising involvement for St. Mary’s Hospital for Children, and his fundraising involvement and engagement with IMSA. Steve attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where he received an MBA with High Honors, Econometrics and Statistics/Analytic Finance in 2009.
