The decision about the location and event of convocation is: as in the past, the Convocation will be a dignified ceremony, and dress will be semi-formal. It will begin in the afternoon, and immediately followed by a reception. We will hold it in the gym, but as the committee recommended, will "transform the gym so it is a more formal setting, to the extent that is possible."
