Abstract
Dawn Clark Netsch, a popular Chicago political figure for the past three decades, has been known for her ability to show ethical convictions in the world of politics and state finance. Dawn Clark was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, attending public elementary and high schools in Cincinnati. Ms. Clark graduated from Northwestern University in 1948, earning a B.A. with Distinction. She then received her Juris Doctor Degree (Magna Cum Laude) in 1952 from Northwestern's School of Law, ranking first in her class. Dawn Clark married noted architect Walter Netsch on October 19, 1963 and they reside in the Old Town Community in Chicago. She is currently a Professor Emeritus on the faculty of the Northwestern University School of Law.
