Abstract
Good Morning. As you know, we are now at an extremely critical juncture in the history of the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy. The Board of Trustees and several members of the Academy administrative staff are in Springfield today, and our students and faculty will be here on November 5, 1987, to talk with legislators and to answer their inquiries about why the Academy is seeking a supplemental appropriation of $3.2 million during this legislative session.
