Abstract
To investigate theories beyond the Standard Model, Monte Carlo simulations are utilized to model particle collisions and gain information about theoretical particles. In our dual search for the dark photon and doubly charged Higgs boson, we need to validate the accuracy of our Monte Carlo simulations to ensure correspondence with Standard Model particles. We achieve this by generating hundreds of plots for numerous variables across 21 channels, which is what I have completed. Many of the current plots show strong agreement with background channels, but we continue to improve our Monte Carlo to generate agreement with all background channels. We examine further areas for improvement to ensure the search proceeds successfully
