Abstract
For our SLX project, we decided to create a website that will organize student’s schedules with all of their classes' Zoom links. This website would be similar to Google Calendar, however it would be much more organized. The issue with Google Calendar is that not all teachers use it, which in turn causes students to look in several places for their classes' Zoom link and teacher office hours. To combat this, OneStop would help make this process much easier. Instead of having the teachers make the Zoom rooms, OneStop would link with canvas to generate a Zoom link for each class, and it would then send it to the teachers and the students in that class. An additional feature of OneStop would be the organization aspect. OneStop would have a calendar with all of your classes and office hours on it. Under each class, it would have the required Zoom links, a description, and a link to that class’s canvas page. Overall, the purpose of OneStop is to make navigation Zoom links to classes during this virtual environment faster to access, and less scattered.
