Abstract
Our project, TIMEly, is an all-in-one service app targeted towards high school and college student populations, that can not only track one’s assignments and other work through the built-in planner, but can also schedule quick and easy study groups/sessions through our comprehensive peer network that is centralized around the campus or school you attend.
Alongside such applications, students and teachers may also use TIMEly to ask and respond to general course questions, which allows for quicker response times, an increase of communication, and so that both parties feel reassured in their courses.
This app has the potential to be extremely beneficial in educational settings where students are limited by their natural social groups, classes, poor time management, and surroundings, which would make it difficult to reach out to other students in terms of study groups/sessions, work-help, etc. Furthermore, TIMEly would also improve student-teacher communication as the amount of unnecessary and tedious emails would be reduced, as many of such emails are often repeated questions that have already been answered.
