Abstract
Immigration is essential to the country to allow people who seek a better life into the United States. If a state has restrictions on immigration, the impact is felt in many aspects. This study looks into the restrictions of immigrants per state and how the number of immigrants depended on immigrant policies in each state. The study also looks into quality education or lack thereof in these communities due to restrictions that exist towards immigrants. This study aims to bring awareness to underlying problems in the education system of America and bring attention to inequalities that exist for immigrants.
