Abstract
This slideshow is about a website where customers can pre-order products so there is less food waste from overproduction. It introduces the idea of pre-ordering to reduce waste, companies will know more accurately how much product they need to produce. It helps customers and business owners. By lowering prices for customers. Also lowering waste of products for the company and helping sustain the environment. Many companies don’t know how to predict accurately how much consumers will purchase their products, typically leading them to overproduce products that will end up going to waste. The data collected from these websites can help with future planning for overproduction. Companies will get a better understanding of customers' purchasing patterns, which will help them to know more accurately about customers' purchases. Additionally tracking of trends, seasonal demand, and popular products, in the long-term business will have data to make better decisions for production.
This website was designed to reduce overproduction of products and help the environment by reducing waste of products. Overproduction uses up unnecessary resources such as water, energy, storage space, transportation fuel, land, disposal expenses and packaging materials.
