Abstract
Alchemy Software is a company that focuses on its productivity application, Half Full. The internship is split up into numerous projects that serve as features for the productivity application. Over the course of the school year, these projects included the implementation of a local database to keep valuable user data safe, an AI email reader to generate actionable tasks to put within the productivity application, and stylish animations for various completion effects of tasks. Alchemy Software provided opportunities to work in a large-scale full-stack production application where others are also making changes to the application. The company benefited from the integration of these project features, enhancing the productivity and convenience of users. The most significant impact that these features brought was the integration of an AI email reader, which is something that most productivity applications do not have and is something accomplished as part of the business project.
