Abstract
This project focuses on developing the 1502 Cleaning Supplies Website, a digital system designed to improve how cleaning materials are organized, tracked, and accessed in the 1502 RC Office. While the current housekeeping process functions adequately, students often experience difficulty locating supplies or determining what materials are available. These inefficiencies can slow daily routines and create confusion among residents. The proposed website will centralize supply information through an accessible and easy-to-use platform. Key features will include a complete inventory of cleaning supplies with quantity indicators, a restock log maintained by RCs, and a student feedback section that gathers data to guide future improvements. Prior to implementation, short surveys will be distributed to residents to better understand common issues related to supply availability, accessibility, and overall satisfaction with the existing system. The final platform will consist of two main components: a secure RC portal for updating inventory and restocking information, and a student-facing webpage where residents can view available supplies and submit feedback. By introducing a transparent and organized digital system, this project aims to streamline housekeeping logistics and create a more reliable cleaning supply management process for the entire 1502 community.
