Abstract
This Policy works towards limiting the the number of people that live below the poverty line, therefore increasing the middle class. This policy provides people with more jobs, using career coaches to aid others in the process of finding jobs. The career coaches are employed creating a separate section from the Department of Labor whose job is to hire, fire and deploy career coaches in places where they are needed. The money that is used in welfare is lessened and can go towards other budgets. This policy also includes slowly decreasing the amount of aid that people receive as they move out of poverty. This prevents the “all-or-nothing” point of view that keeps people below the poverty line. This encourages people from lingering below the line that classifies them as being in poverty. As a result, families are slowly lifted out of poverty and are more encouraged to work their way out.
