Abstract
The new IVC plans to integrate an optimized solution for consolidating services in an efficient 3 year plan. The first stage consists of gathering all services and putting them in one place with linkups. The second stage consists of using the linking of services to our easy to use app and website for access and data all through the same login. Additionally, later in stage two we plan to build our data servers so other schools can also use our service.
