Abstract
Protecting in-vitro fertilization (IVF) is becoming a critical issue all around the United States. This problem not only spans to IVF, but also to the looming conflict of reproductive rights in the United States. The February Alabama Supreme Court ruling came from the aftermath of the Dobbs decision in June 2022 that overturned the right to abortion. The plan is to provide an informational pamphlet that will give this background information in-depth, data to prove why these rulings are harmful, and overall why these bans should be stopped as soon as possible for the benefit of us all. An informational pamphlet will showcase our background information about the Alabama ruling that decided fertilized embryos are living children, which has brought IVF treatments to a halt out of fear.
