Abstract
Quality education is one of the 17 United Nations Sustainability Goals made as a blueprint for peace and future prosperity; however, the disparities between different groups impact the overall quality of education that countries want students to achieve. One particular group that struggles to attain access to quality education in many countries is children with disabilities. Children with disabilities face significant challenges in accessing quality education, leading to disparities in educational outcomes and opportunities. Children with disabilities are more likely to drop out before completing primary education, less likely to have basic literary skills, and often face barriers in receiving the support they need to succeed. These challenges affect their educational attainment and future opportunities. This study compares first-, second-, and third-world countries' education quality versus the programs they offer for children with disabilities. After analyzing the data, visual graphs and data analyses were conducted to determine our conclusions. Then, solutions for this education gap were created and implemented through the use of flyers and a 5-year plan. With this research, governments can learn about their role in providing quality education while also observing if disability programs or education for marginalized groups need to be improved. With future research, understanding how government support for marginalized groups of people in comparison to education can help provide quality education for everyone.
