Abstract

Access to digital learning resources has become increasingly important in modern education, yet many students around the world lack reliable internet access and appropriate technology for online learning. This proposal outlines a policy initiative that aims to reduce the digital divide by expanding internet infrastructure and providing educational devices such as laptops or tablets to students in underserved communities. The program would also include teacher training to effectively integrate digital tools into classroom instruction. By addressing technological barriers, the initiative seeks to ensure that students have equal access to educational materials, online resources, and virtual learning opportunities. Expanding digital access can help reduce educational inequality and improve learning outcomes for students who currently face limited educational resources.
