Guest Biographies

Jennifer Nesbitt Strysky

Jennifer Nesbitt Styrsky graduated from the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy in 1989 as a member of the charter class. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, with Honors, from the University of Chicago in 1993. After graduating, Mrs. Styrsky spent three years working as a seasonal field biologist in Australia, California, Idaho, and northern Illinois. Currently, Mrs. Styrsky is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Animal Biology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her dissertation research topic is life-history evolution in a Neotropical forest bird.
