Abstract
To solve the issue of climate change, we need to understand how different energy sources affect carbon emissions. In this study, we compare different sources of energy and their data on carbon emissions in a multitude of countries around the world. The sources looked at consist of fossil fuels such as coal, oil, and natural gas; renewable energy such as solar, wind, and hydroelectric; and nuclear energy. The study considers efficiency, lifecycle emissions, and technological advancements. We also look at the different drawbacks such as money and political standings. The findings of this study will contribute to solving part of the climate change epidemic and eliminating pollution through our high energy usage.
