The NGSS (Next Generation Science Standards) Model Lesson development is a collaboration between the Illinois State Board of Education and the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy. These NGSS Model Lessons are designed to assist in the transition from traditional science teaching to the 3D pedagogy on which NGSS is based.
Each lesson includes a Teacher's Page and student resources that are available to download and use in classrooms.
